I feel like I have really grown in my clinical, leadership, and personal skills since starting at Woven. I really love the collaborative environment Woven has created and I really feel like a valued team member. Amazing Team and Great Environment
The therapists and staff at Woven Care's Janitell location are some of the best people I have ever worked with. They provide quality services and truly care about every client individually. We have great relationships and no work drama! The clinic managers listen to our needs and do everything they can to help us succeed. The schedule and work pace can be a little overwhelming at times, and the caseload is not as diverse as I would like in order to learn new things. However, the environment and the people are fantastic. If I had kids of my own, I would send them here!

The good of the company is our core values!
Typical day at this job is very different. There is never a day that is the same as the day before. Every kid is not happy every single day therefore this makes our days a little different as well. Working here, I learned patience, time management and amazing communication skills as these are essential for success at this job. Workplace as a whole is every welcoming and supportive environment as many challenges occur at work and/or outside of work. The hardest part of this job is work life balance. Being here for over two years you’d think I would have it down pat but I still struggle and that’s ok. The most enjoyable part of this job is the kids. I love every single last one of them that I have previously worked with and currently working with. These kids are the reason I am still here! They make my day everyday even if my day was not great due to some challenging behaviors. I will always find some positive things that occurred.
