- You get paid to drive your child to their appointment.
- No waiting for transportation.
- Friends, relatives and neighbors can be paid to take your child to their appointments.

To get set up, Medicaid members will need to:
- Contact IntelliRide at (855) 489-4999 or (719) 766-4660 between 8 am and 5 pm.
- Select Option 4 (Reservations).
- Provide the following information
- Name
- Medicaid ID number
- Facility name, address, and phone number
- Date and time of your appointment
- Obtain and fill out the form on the IntelliRide Website
- Bring the form to your appointment for a signature.
- Mail, fax, or email the signed form to Intelliride
